I have ordered two silver necklaces. One had to be returned as it wasn't the size my wife wanted Return procedure easy to understand, also replaced with a smaller necklace, so both very happy now.

After checking our records, I can see that your review was submitted on 26th December. Our most recent email correspondence with you was on 29th December, where we kindly approved a straight forward exchange for one item to a shorter length, which we are currently awaiting receipt of. During our email communication, no issue was mentioned on your side regarding any issue with the product themselves, so it's certainly against the flow of communication to learn of this through Trustpilot.
At the time of your request, only one replacement was available in stock, which we specifically reserved for you to ensure it did not sell out. This item remains set aside for you.
The issue described in your review is certainly not reflective of how we manufacture our products. All of our chains are manufactured to ISO 9001 standards and soldered during manufacture including the end caps and rings. This is something we take great care with. To help us investigate properly we kindly ask that you share a photograph of the issue via your open support ticket.
I also left you a voicemail to offer reassurance and assistance but as of 21st January are still awaiting to hear back.
We take workmanship concerns very seriously and are committed to ensuring you are looked after. We look forward to hearing from you and getting this resolved promptly.

Excellent customer service and product
Really, really couldn’t be happier with the service I got. Because I know nothing about chains, I was concerned about one of the links attached to clasp because it looked very slightly different. I got a reply within an hour and Tony reassured me that it was safe to use and was just cosmetic because two chains are never going to be identical. Really helpful explanation of how they are made and why for someone who doesn’t know much about jewellery.
Tony also offered to exchange for another chain instead, even sending me pictures to make sure I was happy, and I returned and got the alternative chain without any additional shipping costs.
The chains themselves felt really good quality and honestly I have to say it feels so much better quality than every one I tried in multiple High Street shops. I am extremely happy with it.
Really couldn’t recommend this business enough will definitely use again.

Went above & beyond to get a necklace & pendant to me today! Can’t thank them enough.
My original order was stuck at the sorting office not being processed for some reason and days were ticking by. Maybe due to Black Friday?
Anyway they sent me a replacement out yesterday special delivery & I just received it, as I need it for tomorrow at latest.
It’s a gift for someone & they fly away for Xmas on sunday.
Now they can take it with them as it’s a present.
(They said just to return the original when it comes)
Thanks again so much. outstanding customer service with a personal touch which is rare these days.
Ps I’ve used them before maybe 18 months ago for 2 necklaces & they were superb then too.

Beautifully crafted chain and great service
Had a great experience shopping with TheChainHut. I saw 2 chains I liked but it was difficult to know what I wanted without trying them on.
So I bought both chains and also tried both the 20” and the 22” lengths.
After receiving them I tried them on (IMPORTANT: If the chain arrives with tags on, it states in their returns terms not to remove)
This was a little frustrating as I couldn’t put my cross pendant on one that came with a tag. But it wasn’t that big of a deal. I could hold the pendant in place and it was easy enough to get an idea.
All the chains were beautiful crafted but I chose the one I liked for me personally (20” rounded Foxtail)
The chain is subtle but classy. Not too shiny but certainly not dull. Really nicely made and feels smooth and well crafted.
The website was easy to navigate and it even had short videos which helped get a better idea of how they look.
The returns process was easy and The Chain Hut refunded with no issue and their customer service was friendly and helpful. I returned the chain in the same pristine condition it arrived and they refunded within days.
I would definitely shop there again when looking for a gift for my wife.
All round a nice experience. Nice selection to suit all tastes.
I couldn’t find any other chains on any other site that came close to rivalling the one I bought. Very happy with my decision.
