I contacted The Chain Hut prior to purchase to clarify details about an item I was interested in and Tony could not have been more helpful. I purchased the item but upon arrival it appeared to be smaller than the item advertised. I emailed The Chain Hut over the weekend to request a return and had a response early on the Monday morning from Mark as per their advertised response times. Mark was also incredibly helpful and after following his instructions I was able to determine that the product I ordered was the correct size. I telephoned the following day and spoke with Tony to advise that all was well and to cancel the return request. This company actually have people to speak to rather than chatbots so I would recommend them for that reason alone. The product looks immaculate, the presentation box is classy, the protective cover for the item is robust and the delivery packaging is excellent - with a message for the delivery person NOT to leave without a signature (unlike some doorstep dropping or collection point companies who shall remain nameless). I fully recommend The Chain Hut if you are shopping for jewellery.

I have been looking for a chain for a while now and struggled to find the quality i wanted. I ordered 2 chains from chain for thechanut, borth were slightly too long - excellent comms and servi9ce processign the returns. I have now received my shorter chain and im over ther moon with it, Its a high quality product. Highly recommended

Really beautiful sparkling 24inch barrel and ball silver chain, absolutely stunning, a great price and delighted with it. Arrived the day after ordering and loved the little Chain Hut storage wallet included with the box. Would most definitely buy in other lengths too but unfortunately after phoning customer service and speaking to Michael (nice to be able to do!) I was informed they're not available to purchase.
