Professional, empathetic and accessible
Sarah and Rebecca provide regular expert group coaching for my small business membership. They offer such huge value in a really accessible and engaging way, always leaving my members with clarity and manageable action points.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them; they are professional, calm, reassuring, knowledgeable and really empathetic - the perfect combination for coaches.

The Coaching Catalyst presented about Growth Mindset
The Coaching Catalyst presented about growth mindset to our Senior Team at work. It was so refreshing, engaging and thought provoking. I loved the science behind it too and thought that they did a great job with getting everybody to input, as well as taking away actions as to what they will personally do to change to a growth mindset.

Super Engaging!
The Coaching Catalysts gave us (Transport for London) 20min of their time to discuss Growth Mindset. Rebecca and Sarah provided a really engaging and well-presented talk to our leadership team - both very enjoyable and very educational.
Would highly recommend this, the lessons we learnt about increasing individual potential and positive feedback were a great refresher on the positive attributes that can be forgotten during the grind!

I love being part of this group and have found it instrumental in both my personal and business growth in the last few years, particularly during covid when the support was invaluable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for group coaching .

Great coaching community
I have only recently joined this community but I am loving its vibrancy. Rebecca and Sarah offer a whole range of learning and connecting opportunities which offers a really good blend.
