Worst Customer Service Ever
Worst Customer Service Ever! Pls Don't use this online store.
I tried to redeem my points for my recent order but it's not going through, i chat with their Customer Service Rep - Muhammad, he said they are having some technical issues that's why it was not deducted. He said he will escalate the case to the concern person so this will be fixed. Unfortunately it was not resolved. One rude lady called me and keep on insisting that i should not place the order if there is a technical issue. She is not listening to the customer and will just keep on blabbing. So to make the story short. I will never ever use this online shop for our Corporate Orders!

We have many customers who redeem there points which they have on the purchased of previous orders
The points are redeemed before placing the order
Whereas the customer service do not have the authority to give any discount when the courier come for cash pick up after the order is placed and delivered
We have delivered your order before collecting the value of the order and you have certainly denied to pay the the value of your order
Please do understand that the points are redeemed after you login to your account and you will automatically get the discount on your total purchase
We apologies for the inconvenience and hope you liked the flowers

Amazingly easy process with the order…
Amazingly easy process with the order delivered without complications. Usually you’re quoted a window of time and it comes at the end, not with this order...arrived early without constantly on the phone giving directions. Also, the arrangement was beautiful.
