Terrible service

Terrible service! I ordered flowers and ballons and pay extra for a 2pm delivery. no show until 9pm!!!!!! Nobody answer customer service. I was told by customer service the delivery will happen after 6pm, then they say 6:30-7:30, then at 8:00 they said 30 min more. Then customer service lied and said the recipient wanted the delivery latet which is no true! This is absolutely unnacceptable. Dont order here! Very irresponsable company and if you do, dont bother to select hours of deivery or pay extra because they will not deliver when they promise.

Lovely store to order from

First time to ever to order and it was delivered in humble time. Cake is so amazing, beautiful packaging. The lady that called am sorry can't remember her name but was so kind. Great customer service. Will recommend someone to the store. Keep up the great work.

We were most impressed with the service

We were most impressed with the Florist. They kept us updated through the entire process and delivered exactly what we ordered and on time. We gave them short notice and they still delivered. We would definitely use and recommend them.
