Well worth it!
Good pictures on the site so that I could clearly see what it would look like when received. Price was reasonable. Delivery was very prompt and the recipients were suitably impressed when they received it. I would certainly use this company again.

I paid for Express delivery but after I…
I paid for Express delivery but after I made my purchase, I received notification that delivery would take much longer. The purchase was for a 40th birthday and delivery would arrive well after the birthday and during their holiday. No one would be home for some time. Delivery would have been left in a safe place. I requested a cancellation but was told cancellation could not be guaranteed which was astonishing to hear. I was left with days of not knowing what was going to happen with my purchase. I left a review on Trust pilot. Hamper Emporium did not contact me to clarify what was happening with my order but had time to leave a reply on Trust pilot to my one star review.

Communication
This is not a comment on the product itself but when I booked it said and I paid for express delivery on 1st July. However, apparently you were doing stocktake on the day I put the order in ie 30th June and the order would not be put through until the following day for delivery on 2nd July! I did speak to a customer service person who said there was information on your website regarding the stocktake but this I did not see. Customer service has agreed to refund the delivery fee.

When you want to delight someone...
It was so easy to book this Hamper for my friend online. Her sister had past away and I wanted to send her something that would delight her everyday. The Hamper has done that and more. I was kept up to date with the delivery and it was delivered when they said it would be. The Hamper Emporium is now my go to place when I want to delight someone with the unexpected.
