I ordered a part paid for carriage for next day only to get an email the next day stating the item was out of stock. You should not be able to order and pay for an item if there is no stock!

This is true, we stock over 50000 items and sometimes our stock is incorrect, we was showing stock but as the order was picked it was discovered it was not in stock, we did inform you and refunded you as quick as we could. sorry for any inconvenience caused

Rang up for a part that was needed asap.
Didn't really know much about boilers but the service was outstanding. Really helped someone with next to no knowledge. Paid for next day was here well before 12 noon. Will definitely be using you again and telling people about you.

Absolutely Spot on company. I rang for a few parts needed for our boiler. They had every single part and cheaper than places around me. Rang at 10am Monday - delivered the next day.

Very impressive service
Very impressive service. 5-7 day delivery arrived in less than 24hrs. Competitive prices.
Only comment I would make to the company is to check parts for appliances as my search for parts for my boiler listed very few but a search by part number found everything I required.
