Eye Surgery cancelled!
I had successful cateract surgery on my right eye last week where a multifocal lense was implanted, approved by Mayfair on my company insurance, and so far so good.
However the surgery for my left eye was supposed to happen today but had to be cancelled because Mayfair still havent sent the Guarentee of Payment to the hospital. This company are trying to say that they willl only approve a mono focal lense for my other eye, or I have to pay 'out of my own pocket' - as one representative put it. I have spent the last week calling them twice a day every day and all they keep saying is that the case is with the underwriters. I now have one eye that can see and the other does not. I have no information from this company and am extremely stressed out. Mayfair we care - what a joke! These people are charlatans, out to make a fast buck. Do not use them!

The whole experience from start to finish was very good. Initial consultations, pre -op and surgery day all staff involved, and outcome of surgery was better than anything I ever anticipated. Highly recommended and if you are not looking for a quick fix.

Excellent consultation with the surgeon who was very informative and suggested about the possible actions regarding the hair loss which i am suffering from. Have started my PRP treatment and had the first treatment which was literally pain free. Paid £400 for the sessions and was assured that i will receive loyalty discount when i return for more sessions. I am planning to have 3 more sessions.

Good, Clean and outstanding overall experience as i was quickly booked in for Saturday appointment once i paid £50 for the consultation. Looking forward to future sessions.

Excellent service and experience from beginning till end. Had to pay £50 consultation fee that was adjusted in the procedure cost for a FUT Hair transplant done by Dr. Kishawi or could have been refunded if I decided otherwise. Very happy with the results and feel I should have got this done earlier. He also explained in details the additional care I need to do to keep my hair looking good. Helpful people though a little hard to get hold of sometimes but overall a good experience.
