What an incredible team!
I had problems with my DuraAce front brake. Clint, the service manager had me come back right away. As soon as I arrived one of the mechanics looked at the brake made a few adjustments and it worked perfectly. About 8 hours later the brake was spongy and it would not activate the caliper. I brought the bike back and another mechanic determined that the bled screw was damaged (it’s nice to know I wasn’t crazy) they replaced the entire brake/shift lever immediately on the spot. The bike now works absolutely like a brand new bike. Fantastic costumer service. From now on every bike I ever buy will be from The Pro’s Closet.

I keep coming back to these guys. Great shop, service, and it’s fun to browse for deals on trick bike stuff.

The wheelset I received was not tubeless ready. Secondly freehub and body not shimano compatible. It is SRAM compatible only. So additional expenses incurred did not warrrant price for this wheelset. I will be more careful ordering from pro’s closet. Staff could have been more attentive and help w a solution. Learned my lesson when shopping next time

They thoroughly inspect all pre-owned bicycles for deficiencies, all of which are then taken care of by their team of mechanics. The Pro's Closet has its own YouTube channel where you can see just how professional their operation is.
