The shoes are quite comfortable and of excellent quality. They were true to size and exactly what they stated! Perfect fit! I would strongly advise!

Delivered quickly however the shoes aren’t very good quality and the sizes aren’t correct.

Honestly I don’t know what I expected, but they arrived really quickly, they’re super comfy and it was just a really simple and easy website to navigate.

had accidentally received a pair of shoes with wrong sizing. customer service answered phone promptly and resolved issue immediately. postage of replacement was a little slow but rating 5 stars because of amazing communication during the process. will buy here again (:

Buy when on sale and you'll get a bargain. I got 3 pairs of shoes on sale and saved $200. $90 shoes were as low as $20. Buy a size up as they are small in their size - still wearable but can definitely notice they are tight. Postage was free and they were delivered very quickly, within 5 days of ordering. I would recommend Therapy shoes - but just a half size bigger if possible or one size up. *Edit* the shoes do stretch! so even if they do feel tight - they will stretch out after initial wear - but not too much :-)

Dear Therapy Team, I am a standard size 10 with a little bit of room remaining. I purchased a number of Therapy shoes & boots in 2021 all of which were a brilliant fit. I've purchased 2 so far this year, both of which I had to send back due to very small sizing, more like a size 9. This cost me delivery charges, so I probably won't buy from your website again, which is disappointing because I love the Therapy style & quality for the price.

The heel on the shoe is very large which I thought would be quite good for my work, but after one wear the inside lining was coming out, the shoes are quite slippery on wet surfaces and the heel comes out further then your feet so easy to trip on, total bummer was stoked when then arrived. The actual look/style of the shoes are super cute but not practical
