My experience as been awful. I spoke with 'Briony' --Horrid customer service. My packaging arrived torn, with a hole big enough for the product to be pulled out of, no sealing nothing. I expressed my concerns of contamination as I suffer with severe eczema. They initially responded and didn't even acknowledge my request for a refund or offer any alternatives, then when I pushed back and said they are not being helpful, they wanted to inconvenience me to return it myself instead of arranging a collection for me, to top it off their responses lost basic general mannerisms in their emails back to me to which at that point shows me the type of company they are -- what do they expect from a dissatisfied customer? Lastly they made it seem like they were doing me a favour and accused me of 'opening the bottle' advising as a good will gesture, they will accept the return despite the condition it arrived in. Will not be purchasing from them again.

They have the best quality essential oils and cosmetic bases I’ve ever tried. They also advise recipes and branding for your own practice if required. I’ll definitely keep buying from them. I trust their name and the quality of the products they sell.
