The first order came without any of the end caps so I called the customer service team and spoke to a lady called Becky who sorted it all out. The end caps came the next day. All in all it’s been a good experience despite not everything being in the first order.

I was looking for a desk for Uni and came across The Workplace Depot on Google. They had one called DESK-3 which was a really good price so I went for it. It was fairly easy to assemble, and it's working pretty well for me. It would be good if it came in more colours, but I'm happy with white.

I bought a workbench for my garage to do my DIY and it came the next working day. It was easy to assemble and I'm pretty happy with it! Would recommend.

The work place depot is a great place to work, management is supportive and the building is brilliant!

Very fast delivery of large and bulky items, and when a couple of the items were missed off the first delivery a quick call to the office and Olivia had sorted it all out. The missing items arrived before 10am the next day via Fedex.

Fantastic service, no bluffing about how it must the couriers fault etc., immediately acknowledged the items hadn't left the building, apologised and sorted it immediately. Even had a follow up email on the day of delivery to check that we had received the items and that we were happy with them. Mistakes happen occasionally, we're all human after all, but owning up to them and rectifying them so quickly makes such a difference. 10/10 for Olivia for her friendly and professional service, and for turning what could have been a negative situation into a positive one!

Ordered on the Monday and delivered on Wednesday (FEDeX) - items were very heavy (20kg each) and they are exactly as described and well made. I looked at the negative reviews here first and called them and they were helpful on the phone. So took the risk and was rewarded with a good product, great price and fast delivery. They were about 20% cheaper than anything else I could find.

Ordered arrived in time and as described, no problems whatsoever. Ordered twice and again no issues.
