We bought some boxes and they were damaged on delivery, then we had replacements and they were also damaged and then again the third time damaged. We finally
Got replacements that weren’t damaged after I explained that they need to be packaged better but it wasn’t the best experience and we then had to keep taking the damaged boxes to the tip. Customer service was good as I sent pictures of the damage and they send replacements straight away

Shelves were delivered on time and stored in the garage by the driver - really appreciated.

Quality of the shelving was very good and the parts snapped together easily.
The only tool required was a rubber mallet, apart from a drill and sockets, to fit the recommended brackets, that made the shelves really solid.
The only problem, is that the shelves are already full and I need to declutter more or buy more shelves 🤔
Overall a great product and experience.

Excellent communication from order to delivery. I ordered the small garage flooring tiles. A few missing pieces but email responded swiftly by Becky and delivery was next working day. Excellent service and cannot fault them one bit - definitely recommend Tufferman.

Delivered on time, I bought racking and boxes. You get what you pay for - it's good quality. Some boxes arrived broken but the customer support was pretty much immediate and very friendly. Two days later new boxes arrived. I'd buy again

I actually had one cross part was missing but Millie at customer service rapidly sorted it and was very apologetic. It didnt stop me building the unit which is well built and finished, very sturdy and quality made. Very happy the problem was fixed so quickly, combine that with great racking, 5 star and will be using again.

The construction is sturdy and strong. Assembly is fairly easy with good instructions.
The packages were damaged with some of the edges on the shelf boards somewhat broken. However, they were easy to hide and did not compromise the integrity of the shelves.
Overall, very pleased.
PS compliments to the delivery driver in carrying each shelf assembly package from the van to the house. They were very heavy.

Great garage shelves. Very happy. Very sturdy once assembled. Relatively easy to assemble. Arrived within suggested time-frame. No issues.

Impressed with the product as a whole, however the tabs on some of the shelf supports were bent and had to be straightened out.

As the title states, quality item - good price - speedy delivery. Will no doubt purchase here again.

Easy to put together, but trying to assemble the longitudinal beams with the reinforcing stays inserted is almost impossible.
