Communication was not a strong point at…
Communication was not a strong point at all.
The solicitors created extra work for themselves by being slow and non-communicative; when processing a protective award claim which is an unknown subject for many claimants; a more proactive approach would have been far better.
If you’re after a service, sure they’re fine. If you’re after good customer service and want to be kept in the loop, I wouldn’t recommend Thompsons.

Excellent service.
An excellent service from start to finish. I had an appointed solicitor who I could contact at anytime if I had any queries. I was always kept informed as to what stage any proceedings were at. I would highly recommend Thompsons Solicitors and certainly use them in the future if required.
