This company is awesome! The designs are great and the shirts and hoodie are of great quality. When a hoodie for my bf’s son shrunk, they sent me a replacement right away. The exchange was easy and this is definitely a company I will go to first when looking for more tops. Thank you!

I've been using Threadless for years for clothes, blankets, houseware, decor. Always great quality products and beautiful art that lasts wear and tear.
Recently I had a problem with a package being delivered, I contacted them about it via email and they got back to me promptly and provided great customer service. They re-sent my order using a different delivery service in case that was the issue, and offered a credit for inconvenience. Great customer service, and great products. 10/10

I bought a shirt that didn't fit. Life became lifey and I only got around to trying to return it 40 days after the 60-day return policy. I emailed, because why not. And they offered to do a one-off return and even to keep the ill-fitting shirt asking me to donate it if I wasn't going to wear it.

Was unexpected.

Whenever I had a delivery problem in the past, Threadless support always answered quickly and solved my problem. I don't think I've had any other company provide as good support as this.

I've been buying shirts from Threadless since 2007 and I've always had great interactions with their customer service team when it was necessary to get in touch. I just contacted them about a recent order when a T-shirt didn't meet my expectations and they took care of it swiftly and super satisfactorily! I'll continue to come back again and again for great quality and perfect customer service.

They were very easy to deal with. Grace, who helped me, explained the situation well and they were very gracious. It really says a lot for a company when they make returns or exchanges easy for the customer.

Shirts are great! Sizing chart was a bit misleading at first since sizes do run on the smaller side for women. Julie Anna was amazing! She was very responsive, got me to the right sizes for the gifts I ordered and was able to rectify the issue in expedited fashion. You never know what customer service help you'll receive from companies you find through FB ads. Already planning a second order for myself and friends.

My T-shirts size was not matching the order so I raised a complaint and got the best experience! They replaced my shirts with new ones and I’m awaiting for them now.

I recently ordered 4 t-shirts with Tara McPherson art on them. I just absolutely love her work and I love supporting local artists. I ordered a size I thought would fit but unfortunately they were a little snug. I emailed Threadless and asked to exchange the size and that I would happily return the smaller shirts and pay for shipping. Not only did they offer to send me new shirts but told me I could keep the previously ordered ones and donate them if I wanted. I am giving them to a friend of mines daughter who also loves the artist and has her work hanging on her walls. Outstanding customer service. Totally exceeded my expectations. My new shirts have already arrived and i am so excited to start wearing them out so people start asking me "what a cool shirt...where did you get it? Who is that Artist? " Thank you Threadless!!!!

I've been shopping with Threadless as far back as my college days since 2006 and I've always had a great experience with the customer service and excellent choice of t shirts!

Threadless is always a great shopping experince! They have the best artists and designs. And if something isn't right with your order, their customer service is fantastic.

I have to contact Threadless customer service twice and both times they were fast to answer, super nice and efficient, and the second time they even took the time to explain why the issue arose. I will definitely buying there and recommanding them to my friends :)
