Paul from the Basingstoke three store was amazing we needed a SIM card for a router for our camper cam and he helped us with that and I wanted to come away from sky mobile which ends in September so I’ve also got a new sim for me. Very friendly, really helpful appreciated his honesty.

David, at Festival Place branch in Basingstoke was super helpful, patient and very professional in helping solve my issue. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and will remain so for the oustanding service i always get from people like David.

Just got my new phone at the store. I am ever so grateful for the amazing customer service and their time from callum and Paul. Paul served me remarkably by assisting me to set up my new phone and with all the data transfers. Highly recommend this store for anybody who is looking for any device and a great customer service.
