Fantastic seamless and friendly experience. Carol, in particular, was very helpful and accommodating. I haven’t been into a phone store for years and was worried about it being intimidating, especially as I just wanted a sim contract with the lowest usage. I was immediately put at ease however by Carol’s welcoming smile and relaxed approach. There was no pressure, and the focus was on my needs only.
She also clearly explained what would happen with my old phone number and how I could pair my watch. No confusion at all and it’s just been an easy switch without any fuss! Absolutely spot on service. Thank you.

I'd just like to add we are old and had gone through an absolute nightmare simply by trying to exit our contract with Virgin when it came to an end. Walking into your shop and have this young man go out of his way to be kind was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you
