Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Being able to walk into a physical shop and speak directly to a human is why I currently have two contracts with three for broadband and why I will be taking out more in the near future.

Amazing customer service
Came in confused as to what broadband and sim plan to get, was immensely helped by Daniel, Raj and Leah in the Grimsby store. Nothing was too much for them. They are absolute Stars!

The professionalism and help I received…
The professionalism and help I received from Ashley was great, but that is normal in the Grimsby branch, all the assistants are always willing to take the time and sort out any problems or queries you may have. The issue I had was soon sorted without any problems.
