I have had an outstanding experience with this company! Their work style is very professional, fast and reliable the sales representatives was very helpful and understanding on our demands and price.it is rare to come across such a dedicated company team that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality and excellent service!!

Terrible company I had a quote few weeks ago had to sit for 2.5hours , listening to all the sales pitch finally got a price which was totally way to high then proceeded to pressure me to buy ! Even used old skool tactics to call manager to get price down ! They never even sent the quote thro email I can’t believe they are allowed to trade like this and rip people off !! I will never recommend them to anyone , I had 7 quotes for window and doors they was there 45mins no sale pressure at all ,don’t use this company !!

Turned up late for 1st appointment and only had time to measure up. Arranged a 2nd visit. Measured up again and then wanted me to spend 2 hours going through "the benefits" of T&K.

I've experienced this tactic before. The aim is usually a hard sell and pressure to sign. I told them I wasn't prepared to do that and showed him the door.

Had a phone call this evening trying to pressure me into another appointment, because... they need to measure up (for a 3rd time?) and give me the 2 hour talk/sales pitch. They claimed that couldn't give me a quote because they don't have the measurements and they have to do the 2 hour talk.

Two other companies have been more than happy to pop round, measure up and send me quotes.

It's absolutely clear that T&K are wanting to get my business using hard sell techniques. Any company that needs to do that it's almost certainly over charging.

I would be interested to know how many "happy customers" were pushed into buying on the day and paid over the odds.

We replaced nearly all of our doors and windows with T&K and overall our experience was good.
The delay between order and fitting was longer than we had expected…communication was slow in this area, but the lads worked overtime to help us tie in with the builders which was really appreciated!!

An absolutely first class company. Windows were fitted by Foreman Steve and his team with great care and expertise, leaving the site spotless. The product replaces windows fitted by T&K some 17 years ago with are now obsolete. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone wishing new windows. Absolutely delighted with the overall experience.

Conservatory Roof Replacement
I had a pleasant experience with T&K Home Improvements when purchasing my replacement roof.
Greg Timbers was extremely professional and had detailed knowledge of the product which helped me decide to complete my purchase. I would highly recommend Greg and T&K home improvements to anyone who is looking to enhance their conservatory roof.

Having had bad experiences in the past and my next door neighbour having a nightmare experience with a big company, I was nervous about replacing all my windows and doors. However, I could not be happier. T&K were amazing. Brilliant price. Fantastic job, one minor problem, but T&K sorted it brilliantly. Zero damage to plaster and tiles. Doors and windows work brilliantly. Installers arrived on time, got everything done in the time allocated. Installers were polite and couldn't be more helpful or tidy. House much warmer now. Would 100% recommend. There was a long wait time between order and install and a text to confirm the date the week before would have been useful, but that is the only thing I could make better.

I have been a customer of T&K for 40+years originally full house windows and doors and recently an upgrade to the latest quality. The quality and prices have been competitive the service from start to finish is to be recommended

having used t and k for over 15 years i can say that i have always had very good service the door and all my windows are now replaced by them and about to have patio doors replaced. Chris was very helpful indeed.

I was looking to replace my old PVC Windows and doors & T&K were my business of choice partly as my parents had them over 35yrs ago & still look good, there customer support is second to none, very helpful & passionate at what they do as a business. The process was slick & professional, first instance was the salesman, very knowledgeable & not pushy, deal sorted there & then, email followed regarding a survey & get measurements, again can't fault the guy he was very thorough & turned up on time & greeted me with a smile & handshake. Next a date was set for the windows to be fitted, on that day 2 very happy & professional guys turned up Simon & Ollie talked me through the process they fitted over 2 days as they had said they would & left the house clean & tidy, really couldn't have asked for a better installation. Not long after I decided on new facia's and soffits, the same standard as before & Simon & his team were done in a day being very inquisitive I was asking about why there were no holes for ventilation & he showed me some new stuff they used now which still ventilated but invisible to see. Very happy with the whole process, all the guys who did the work & all the staff I spoke to thank you so much for making the whole process seamless. Oh & by the way, I love that my old widows are recycled & partly used again in the structure of the new windows, & glass also recycled.T&K also provide as standard the new Kubu security system which is brilliant!

T&K Home Improvements Limited provided a generally good service. Chris responded promptly to our initial inquiry and took his time explaining the process thoroughly. Subsequently, the surveyor, Damien, was comprehensive in his inspection. The installation team, led by Kenny, was professional, knowledgeable, and respected our property. They did a commendable job fitting windows and doors. While everything was executed well, there were minor issues like a slightly crooked cat flap. Overall, decent work and attention to detail, earning a solid three stars from our experience.

I recently had my windows replaced with T&K and I can honestly say the product and service was impeccable. Everything was smooth sailing and straight forward from getting my quote, to organising when works best for us to have them fitted and to having my new windows installed. Superb company, extremely happy with my purchase.

We had an appointment just to get a quote on a back door just to find out much it would be.
They offered a really late (7pm) time slot which was great for work, we then had Chris come round to measure up, he was brilliant, nice to chat to and came across that he wanted us to have the best price possible. He went through all the payment plans thoroughly.

T&K were known to me of old so were my first choice when needing a new external door and some replacement windows. Chris was our first point of contact and he came to us very quickly from my initial enquiry. He spent a very long time with us and went through everything. After that, our Surveyor Damien was the next point of contact. He was very thorough and explained the process that would follow. Next was the fitting. Kenny and his team arrived as expected and did a fantastic job. Kenny was incredibly knowledgeable and him and his team were very courteous and respectful of my property. They did a fantastic job and ran through everything I needed them to. Thank you Kenny for the excellent job. I would highly recommend T&K.

Very polite, friendly, efficient service. A great job and left house clean and tidy at end of each day. A year plus on and can honestly say I am really pleased with the windows and so nice to have strong handles and locks. Highly recommend

Great choice of doors for us with lovely colours, much cheaper than Anglian Windows.
T&K kept me up to date on delivery and installation.
The 2 young men that fitted the doors were very professional, courteous and helpful.
If I was to have a minor whinge, the cat flap fitted is slightly crooked but it works!
