Highly recommended. Greg guided us through our choices in regard to both new windows throughout our home and a brand new conservatory. The company have many choices of style, colour and materials and an incredible added security system called Kubu which we were also very pleased to learn about. Can’t wait for installation!

Booked an appointment - no show. Rang office and they did apologise, but the saleman is off sick and no-one bothered to follow that up with me. Plenty more companies to choose from!

The experience we had from start to finish with T&K was excellent. Their staff were reliable, on time and very experienced. Their customer service is excellent.
Our composite front door had been degrading for years and the time had come to upgrade and replace. The options made available to us have now been installed and the approach to our house is now more appealing.
The Door and Panels fitted are really secure and the glass panels much improved from the old.
From the inside of the house to the outside this has been a great improvement, and now done, we realise we should have done this years ago.

As a long standing satisfied repeat customer, recent offers and a free triple glaze upgrade prompted us to order complete replacement of all our windows and to add replacement guttering at the same time.
The quote given was very fair and good value for money. They were duly installed, with continual updates and dates of installation adhered to. The surveyors & installers were throughly helpful, pleasant & professional without any issues or problems. Our first order was for 4 windows and a front door with side panels. Everything was fitted very well and efficiently. Our front door receives many compliments and has modernised our 50 year old home. The triple gazing is superb, not only reducing any outside noise but also making the rooms very warm. As we were so happy with these improvements we recently had all fascias and guttering replaced by Stuart who did a fantastic job, working efficiently and clearing up at the end of every day. As pensioners we don’t have to worry about the house for some years to come. Ref:ED1

We had all windows and and a new front door, so 9 windows and a door in total. The installation was done with truly minimal mess, inside and and out and including the scaffolding going up and coming down. We have a rendered front of the house and again, tiny and totally unavoidable damage to rendering which was made good!!. Really nice, polite, tidy, helpful fitters. And a great product fitted all round. It all looks great!

Recently I have had new guttering/sofits and facias fitted and a new kitchen window installed by T&k and from start to finish my experience was very good, the workmanship by fitters was excellent, extremely professional 🙂 This is my second time with t&k as previously they have installed front/back doors at my property, I have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again in the future!

Following our recent enquiry for a quote from T&K Home Improvements, to supply and fit new French (Patio) Doors. An appointment was promptly arranged for Mr Curtis Porter to visit our home to further discuss what T&K could offer and the various options available to us.

It was quickly apparent Mr Curtis was well verst with T&K products and provided in-depth information in a friendly and polite but professional and understandable manner. Confidently answering any questions or concerns we may have had.

T&K Home Improvements had previously supplied and fitted new windows throughout our home which also included a front door and side panel. So we were already familiar with the companies work ethics and high standard of work their fitters provided. The work however didn’t go without some snagging problems/issues, but we were particularly pleased and reassured at T&K’s determination to quickly address and rectify the problems.

Having agreed a price following various discounts T&K were able to offer, we are delighted to place an order for new French Doors and look forward to writing a further review on completion of fitting(s).

Second time we have used T & K for windows.
Always helpful and installation dates have been ahead of when scheduled aswell.

We had lots of problems in that it took the 5th attempt to install our window. However the guys who finally did fit it were great, very professional and left very little mess. Will use Tk again as the customer service was good.

The fitters who come out are brilliant workmen. They are polite, work hard and clean up after themselves. Sadly the sales people over promise and the company completely screwed up my £10k order by supplying the wrong glass and the casements were incorrectly made. They did put it right at their own cost so fair play to them. Would not use them again though because of that hassle.

We last used T&K for closing in a porch. The workmen delivered a first class job including not only the structure itself, but were diligent in their work and tidying away all the detritus that a job such as this brings. Highly recommended.

Great experience. From purchase to install. The team that installed the bi fold doors were polite and efficient. Removing the old French doors and placing them in my garage for me to keep tidy. Really impressed with quality of service and the doors . Ref:TLC
