Il l’a mit directement dans un point relais qui me prend 30 min allez-retour alors qu’il y en avait beaucoup plus près. Ce sont des incapables plus jamais je passe par eux

I (not by choice) used TNT to send my AirPods to Apple to get fixed. They arrived fine, and sent off fine. However have been at a handover point for 10 days. I contacted Apple thinking they could provide an answer. They said they haven't received it, and it is likely still with the courier and I should contact them. So I called TNT and the guy originally told me "I don't understand what your saying" and then I re-explained and told me I need to contact Apple for them to "raise a case", didn't even ask me for the shipping no. or anything just told me it wasn't their problem. I told the guy that it is clearly an error on your end because it clearly states it hasn't been delivered? The guy was rude, and really useless, didn't even bother explaining anything.
Lie about delivering attempt
Like many here this company doesn’t deserve even one star. My experience is exactly the same as several others here: spend the entire day at home waiting for the delivery but only to get a text saying “we missed you” and asking me to pick it up at a collection point. There was no evidence of an attempt to deliver.
It is clear that this company allows its delivery people to skip deliveries possibly to save time. And then they lie about them. I wonder how to keep companies like this accountable? They should not allowed to be in business!

Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα 0 αστέρια. Απαράδεκτη και αντιεπαγγελματική μεταφορική που ξέρουν μόνο να παίρνουν τα λεφτά σου.
Ένα δέμα με φαγητά έφτασε σε μένα σε κατάσταση διάλυσης με τα πάντα να έχουν χυθεί και το κουτί να είναι για τα σκουπίδια. Πρόκειται για μία μεταφορά από Γιάννενα - Θεσσαλονίκη δηλαδή ένα ταξίδι 3 ωρών. Σκεφτείτε πόσο μπορεί να τα κακομεταχειρίζονται και τι μπορεί να γίνει σε μεγαλύτερες αποστάσεις. Προφανώς αν κάνεις κάποιο παράπονο κάνουν σαν να μην σε ακούνε ενώ κανείς δεν παίρνει την ευθύνη. Φυσικά το κουτί πρέπει να το αναποδογύρισαν ή κυριολεκτικά να το πέραξαν μέσα σε κάποιο φορτηγό παρόλο που έφερε σήμανση του περιεχομένου του και είχε ζητηθεί να δοθεί προσοχή στη μεταφορά του επί πληρωμή φυσικά.
ΑΠΛΑ ΜΗΝ ΤΗΝ ΕΠΙΛΕΞΕΤΕ
Αν δεν μπορούνε να κάνλουν την δουλειά τους αυτή που δεν απαιτεί κάποιο ιδιαίτερο μυαλό φανταστείτε πόση ανικανότητα υπάρχει.

Awful service. My item was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 6th February, but it never arrived. When I checked the tracking, it said “due to time constraints” it couldn’t be delivered and was rescheduled for Monday, 9th February. That delivery also failed for the exact same reason. The TNT depot is only 26.5 km from the delivery address, so this excuse makes no sense. Throughout this entire period, I received no text, no email, and no update of any kind. Truly pathetic service. I don’t understand why organisations or sellers continue to use delivery companies like this—these useless services damage the reputation of the businesses that rely on them.
I am beyond livid with this Fedex/TNT…
I am beyond livid with this Fedex/TNT international service and since their Trustpilot rating is already as low as it can be.. there is almost no point in this review, but here goes.
Waited at home (specifically took a day off) to review an important package. Not delivered and no attempt to deliver (I have cameras at the front), yet I get a msg saying attempted delivery failed.
I reschedule the delivery and guess what? I take another day off and have the exact same issue. I call to complain and told that the GPS tracked the driver in the area so it's going to be brought to the depot for me to collect.
My cameras dont lie, no attempted delivery was ever made. Extremely frustrating experience from a company that gives no care about customers (Happy to lie and cheat). DHL is by far a superior service and will be using them for everything going forward (Same pricing)

Indiquent une livraison alors que personne n'est passé chez moi ni même s'est donné la peine de téléphoner !!!
Ensuite le service client m'indique que le colis à été livré dans un point relais, alors que je suis en situation d'handicap et que je me depal avec difficulté, c'est pourquoi je demande à me faire livrer chez moi (livrai de matériel médical). Je te trouve quelqu'un qui se déplace à ma place au point relais et là, aucun colis de reçu, pire encore, le point relais indiqué de travail pas avec cette société !!!

Le livreur n'a pas sonné , alors que nous étions 2 personnes à la maison.
Il a laissé les fleurs devant la grille du jardin. En plus il faisait - 5 ° ce matin. Les roses ont moyennement apprécié

I ordered a product from Apple and the delivery date was set to today (Monday 5th of January). My address is out of town but easy to find, any online maps service can find it easily. But apparently TNT can't!!!
I got an update while I was tracking it, saying 'new delivery address required'. I immediately rang them, asking what was going on. They wouldn't answer my questions, and I could only hear every second word they said. Basically, I asked them if there's any chance I can go in and pick it up (I don't trust them with my order!!) and they said no there's nothing they can do. The lady said they will call me tomorrow morning, not bothering to check if that worked with me. WHICH IT DOESN'T. I work at a swim school and will be in the pool all morning, from 8 am to 12 pm. Hoping my order won't be damaged or lost!!

Awful service. This company deserves a negative 10. Not only do they fail to deliver, they straight-up lie about even trying. And good luck trying to reach an actual human—customers can’t get anyone on the phone. Honestly, I don’t know how this company isn’t bankrupt yet.

Apparently my freight had been sitting at their depot for 5 days before I rang them to see where my freight was.......I'd paid $720 for the freight!
They said they would have to outsource another truck to deliver my freight, which is laughable because it measured less than 2 metres wide by less than 2 metres long, and weighed 142kgs.
If that was the case, why hadn't they done that 5 days before??
I was told it would be delivered on Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday, then perhaps Wednesday or Thursday?
I'm still waiting.
Un autre livreur malhonnête
J'ai toujours des problèmes avec TNT, mais je pense que c'est surtout dû au livreur malhonnête auquel ils sous-traitent dans notre région. Rien n'est jamais fait pour régler les problèmes, ce qui reflète l'indifférence de TNT envers ses clients.
Aujourd'hui encore, j'ai des problèmes avec TNT. J'ai commandé une nouvelle batterie de voiture en payant pour une livraison express à mon domicile. J'ai attendu toute la matinée jusqu'à ce que je reçoive un SMS à 12h01 indiquant : « Suite à votre absence », le colis ayant été déposé dans un point relais à 22 km aller-retour de chez moi. Je peux facilement le prouver, car ma propriété est sous vidéosurveillance 24h/24 et le livreur TNT n'a pas tenté de livrer.
Ce genre de problème est trop fréquent avec les livraisons TNT. Le livreur indépendant ne se donne pas la peine de livrer directement aux destinataires et décharge les colis dans un point relais. Pourtant, je suis certain qu'il est quand même payé pour la livraison.
Outre les frais de livraison express à domicile, j'ai dû payer 35 euros de taxi pour récupérer le colis, car ma voiture ne démarre pas sans lui. Pendant ce temps, le livreur continue de procéder ainsi mois après mois sans que cela ne soit sanctionné.
Absolute dogshit.
“We attempted to deliver your shipment but you were unavailable” my ass u didnt even contact me, literally asked everyone i knew and they all had the same issue
