Mot and service
Car was picked up from Home address around 11am and taken for service and mot at Tony Le Voi Lakeside.
Kept informed of the progress and whether any further items were required to pass mot.
Service and mot complete my car returned home at 5pm.

Excellent from start to finish
From the initial greeting, throughout the process, and post transaction.. Martin was fantastic. Great knowledge of his trade, understanding of our needs, accommodative and proactive in communications and scheduling, and helpful with guidance throughout. The showroom was nice and fully stocked. Highly recommend Tony Le Voi and particularly Martin if you are in the market!

Very smooth experience
Everything was broken down to me and explained to me via the admin team.
I was listened too and updated whilst work was being done on my car.
Prices where explained and kept the same through this process.
Friendly front of house team.
My car had the necessary works done on it quickly and efficiently.
Car was cleaned for me.

Customer Service at Tony Le Voi
Trustworthy and excellent customer service as usual. Car was collected and delivered on time - I was given a run down of works completed and information sent electronically. I was pleased that it was the same driver as last year and despite feeling unwell, I could clearly see that he was struggling, he was still friendly, polite and kept going even after returning my car.

Went to take my car in for a service
Went to take my car in for a service , was done within the day & I had an issue with my car going into limp mode & it turn out the wet belt had an issue this has now been sorted out thank you for your help !

A little disappointed as when I booked…
A little disappointed as when I booked my car in for the jobs I was quoted x but once work done and wanted to take payment they asked for approximately £40 more than quoted. After complaining they agreed to invoice me for the original quoted price.
Vauxhall dealers have a tool called Menu Pricing which is a fantastic tool and very accurate, however the dealer said data was out if date, which is not true.

They always ring to remind me of my…
They always ring to remind me of my service and mot, easy to book in. I used to work near there so always took it in myself, but the last 3 years have had to get them to pick it up from home and deliver it back. This was the first year they have charged £15 for the service, so was a bit disappointed as I have a service plan with them and thought this would cover it.

We’re sorry to hear your disappointment about the £15 collection and delivery charge. This is a service we’ve introduced a small fee for recently, in line with many other retailers offering the same convenience. While your service plan covers the scheduled servicing itself, collection and delivery sits outside of this and is charged separately.
We do completely understand how it can feel unexpected, especially if it hasn’t been charged before, and we really appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us.

Amazing Purchase
Appointment was so easy to book. Sales advisor was superb in offering me options to choose from.
I have always being with Tony Le Voi so it was easy decision to make. I had a bargain as my choice was almost new and highly efficient and the price was unbelievable. Will highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service.
