No updates on an order placed on 16/03/26 I placed an Although they do not make the delivery date clear at the moment of the purchase, I have tried to contact them to a few times to ask it, and they have no answer. I had to start a bank dispute to claim the money back as an email requesting the order cancelation wasn't effective.

Absolutely shocking experience with…
Absolutely shocking experience with Toolchimp. Placed an order and received no confirmation email, no order number, nothing at all — yet the money was taken straight out of my account. Since then? Complete silence.
Tried contacting them through every possible channel — phone, email, live chat, even WhatsApp — and not a single response. It’s like they just disappear once they’ve got your money.
At this point it genuinely feels like they take orders with no stock and then scramble to sort themselves out afterwards, leaving customers completely in the dark. It’s beyond unprofessional.
Avoid this company at all costs. They’re unreliable, unresponsive, and frankly pathetic. A business operating like this shouldn’t be allowed to continue.

Just to clarify, your message came through on a bank holiday when the team was not in, however we did respond the same day once picked up and explained the situation. We also offered a discounted option to still fulfil the order, or a full refund — which was processed immediately upon your request.
We completely understand the frustration around delays, especially when items are needed urgently, and we’re actively improving our dispatch capacity to avoid situations like this.

Unfortunately not a good experience
I placed an order on a Monday morning around 9am. Wanted to select next day delivery or fast delivery, but there was no option for this. I needed the items for the weekend and thought that they’d be here in time. On the Wednesday I received an email to say my order would be dispatched the following Monday and delivery would be Tuesday (after the weekend I needed). I made a call to cancel the order but was told I had to do it via email. Which I went on to do. 11days on I still have not received my refund or told when it will be, even after chasing up on day 10.
