Found this great tool

Found this when looking for a dust collection box for a similar model and found the offer price irresistible.
Post and packaging was reasonable and delivery spam great.
It was my first time using toolchimp and am very satisfied with the product and service.

Delivery issues

Firstly it wasn’t delivered when I was told and I was told it was because no-one was in, which was incorrect. Today it has been delivered when no-one was in and left in the porch, which was fine. However … the ends of the box had not been secured and the lines of staples had slipped out and separated and broken into runs of leds than an inch long and in some cases only 4 staples! Loading the stapler is going to be a nightmare 😡😕

It’s disappointing to hear that the initial delivery attempt was incorrectly marked as “no one home,” and then the parcel was left without prior notice on a later attempt. Additionally, the condition of the box and the damaged staple strips are certainly not up to standard. This is not the experience we want any of our customers to have.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. If you could contact us directly, we will be happy to arrange a replacement or discuss the best way to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we’re very sorry for the trouble caused.

Good quality goods but shame about delivery

Well it didn't come the day it said it would so waited in all day for nothing not sure why they give a delivery date if there not sure when it's coming and tracking it wouldn't work shame because when goods did turn up they were good quality but they also didn't respond to emails

Can’t give much of a review as I’m…

Can’t give much of a review as I’m still waiting. Only 4 days late at mo. And we are meant to stay in all day for the delivery. Change the delivery company might be a good idea
Delivery turned up 5 days late , just dropped over the gate and left . So no need to stay in
Product was sound, good price. Happy

Delivery though shocking, good job it didn’t rain that day mmm no it poured down

Faithful tools are my favourite

spoke to Meg in customer service about missing item

spoke to Meg in customer service about what i thought was a missing parcel . Turns out it was here all the time (my Fault!)
Meg couldn't have been more friendly and helpful , she sent pictures and e-mails to sort out the issue .
I wish more customer service departments were more like this , nothing was to much trouble and Meg was very friendly and professional !

Excellent Customer Service

We recieved a quick delivery service.
Unfortunatley one of the items was incorrect, but we could not of been happier with the way Customer Services dealt with it!!
Correct item was delivered the next day and the incorrect item was collected at the same time.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service

Delivery speed was good but unfortunately, the tool was not firing properly.
I reported the issue and the company seemed more concerned about reselling the item than actually resolving it for the customer. I left it for a few days but nothing further was forthcoming. I asked for an update and no response. I ended up taking the tool to be repaired at my expense due to needing it for a job. I updated the company who responded asking for feedback. I gave them feedback and said you could reimburse me for the repair to go some way to making up for the poor experience. No response.

I won’t be using this company again.

Telling porkies

Tried ordering a scissor lift for our company. They clearly didn't have the item in stock (didn't say that on their website) and, even when I got an email saying it was in stock, was told it wasn't. 2 months later, 5 phone calls and 2 emails later finally got a refund.
