Order incomplete
The tools received appear fine, but the entire order was lacking some items. Although toolchimp have acknowledged the shortfall (by the weight), they still haven’t fulfilled my order in weeks.

Order placed 4 weeks ago for next day delivery . Waited in 6 times for delivery as instructed by a text message, nothing arrived. Contacted you several times and you dont reply. Order finally arrived on 8th Dec but half of it was missing. When I called I was told you will call back in 10 min but you didn't. When I called again Matt promised a refund. No refund so I called again the next day. Jason promised a refund and someone would collect the spade the next day. My mum waited in and they never arrived. I still havent had a refund. Tried to contact via website, email, whatsapp. No reply. Trading standards are now involved.

I was sent damaged product not once but twice! The company should've checked products before they left the warehouse. Poor customer service and follow up too. Had to chase the company for return and also for refund. Will avoid this company in the future.

Disappointing
Saw what I wanted on Amazon sold by this company so checked shipping policy DPD for all standard orders, great have frequent deliveries from them. Placed order, despatched with DX freight!!! They have always failed to deliver preferring to hold at depot till you give up. 6 days still held at depot and I gave up requested refund and reordered from a proper tool company. Came within 36hrs. Such poor service for the sake of a few pounds on a real delivery company. 10 days wasted, and still waiting for refund to hit my bank even though it as been authorised.
