Top Reps at Topflight
Our topflight rep was Wendy, all trips were organised and run very smoothly. We were always informed on times, locations etc. Wendy arranged with the hotel ( Astoria) to open the dining room ahead of normal times when necessary as in before trips in order for guests to have their breakfast.
She herself was never late or unhelpful
which was an absolute bonus and made our holiday far more enjoyable

Our visit to Istria and Opatija was very enjoyable.
Transfers to and from Airport was so easy. Our guide Adriano was there to help and assist on time. Check in at Airport was easy also. Top flight do a great job

Agent Best4Travel in DunLaoghaire were very helpful with all the booking requirements. Transfers were good. Hotel was good quality - but a little isolated - and staff were very helpful. Our guide Stefano was excellent and helped to make the holiday very enjoyable and informative for everybody.

A Taste of Puglia
Tours were well organized and varied.
Some fun activities included, such as pasta making and a visit to a cheese making farm.
Visited lots of different towns, got a great flavour of the Puglia region.

A lady called Sharon took my call
A lady called Sharon took my call. I explained that I was going Solo and I wanted to visit Limone as I had been there many times with my late wife through your company. The whole procedure took maximum 15 minutes and I'm off to Limone and staying in our favourite Hotel. Thank you Sharon.

Location hotel tour guide and itinerary and only two hours on the plane with two minor tweaks ie hotel evening meal and record about where to eat in town this could be ten out of ten.

The staff of topflight were very helpful and informative. The tour of sorento that they brought us on was great as we where able to find things easier. I would definitely recommend top-flight 👌

Terrible hotel, poor customer service.
Stayed in much better hotels at half the price I'm Italy. Choose somewhere else if you want an enjoyable holiday.

The guide Maria was excellent. The hotel was very clean staff all very friendly. Food not great. Hotel not suitable for people with any kind of mobility issues. Other than that I enjoyed my holiday

Mobility has to be good for this holiday
The Hotel Palau was difficult to navigate with steps everywhere and no handrails. Perched on a hilltop, the town was inaccessible for me without the shuttle bus. Some of the tours had too much walking from where the bus was parked. Driver and guide were excellent and did their best to accommodate everyone. Food and seating arrangements in the hotel were only mediocre. Hotel staff delightful. The pool was inaccessible for me with lack of Roman steps which was a pity because swimming is a huge part of the enjoyment for me. It was my first time with Topflight and I’m afraid it will be my last as I realise my mobility is not good enough. The group were a lovely bunch, as was the driver and guide!

I was genuinely sorry to read that aspects of the holiday proved difficult for you, particularly regarding the hotel layout and pool access. I completely understand how important comfort and accessibility are when travelling and I appreciate your honesty in explaining your experience.
I can see from your booking notes that our team did discuss the level of activity involved in the tour and the hotel facilities with you before travel. However, I do appreciate that sometimes the reality of a destination and the physical demands of a tour can feel very different once you are there.
We never want any guest to feel disappointed or uncomfortable during their holiday, therefore your comments are valuable and will certainly help us improve wherever possible.
Thank you again for travelling with us and for your feedback. While I understand your feelings regarding future touring holidays, I do sincerely wish you many enjoyable travels ahead in destinations and styles of holidays better suited to your comfort and needs.

It all started at Naples airport
Well met at Naples airport, Lindsay very helpful and informative throughout the holiday. The hotel was very good, traditional service with slight English overtones, (eg salt and pepper cruets on the tables) wonderful maitre d Luca. A bit more emphasis on traditional Italian cooking would be great!

Amazing holiday in Sorrento all booked…
Amazing holiday in Sorrento all booked through Topflight. From booking to arrival in Sorrento we were delighted. Hotel accommodation was amazing, the food in our hotel was delicious and the staff could not do enough for us..
We booked trips through our tour rep to Pompeii and the Amalfi coast both of which were excellent and well worth seeing.
