The app is excellent in the way it is…
The app is excellent in the way it is set out and has given me information that I would not have otherwise known. The only thing I have an issue with is the way it keeps showing what credit i am eligible for. I think if it knows you have a bad credit rating it should focus more on how to improve it rather than try to encourage you to get more credit. Once your score improves then it makes sense for it to show you what credit you could be accepted for. Personally I have a bad credit score and I feel the app should be geared more towards how I can improve it to get better credit offers rather than sending me emails showing how I could be eligible for high APR credit cards or loans. Apart from that it’s worth knowing where you stand especially if you are trying to rebuild your credit score.

All customers are shown which credit products that they may be eligible for, as building a credit history can be a good way to boost your credit score. If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails, you can do this through the service to limit the amount of offers that you are shown by ourselves.

Not very accurate so far, doesn’t seem to be able to pick up on monthly savings, also seems to be quite a bit behind on bills that come out of your bank? I noticed it will have an old amount from a several bills that was changed 2 months ago due to rate changes or just other reasons.

We’re sorry to hear your info isn’t up to date, Neil!
It usually takes lenders around 6-8 weeks to update TransUnion, the credit reference agency we partner with, with any new information.
You can check when your lender last provided an update to TransUnion by clicking "See More" next to the account. As it's the lender's responsibility to report this information to TransUnion, you may want to check with your lender if they’ve sent updated info to all three credit reference agencies.
If you’re not seeing your monthly savings, please get in touch at help@totallymoney.com and we’ll look into this for you.

TotallyMoney was recommended by my family.
TotallyMoney was recommended by my family, and as an international, I didn't really know anything about websitea/applications that actually helps check credit scores and helps improve it. I highly recommend this to people that are still starting, although you would require a minimum of three years of residence, it is my very first app for financial goals and I'm really satisfied with my experience. It is easy to use and straightforward!
