Delivery Service
Delivery Service. I have a monthly subscription which is packed in a mailing carton that whole intention is to post and fit through a letter box, but your choice of courier Evri, continue to ring the doorbell, not wait for an answer and just leave the parcel on my doorstep.

Resposta da Totally Wicked
Good Morning Elaine,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry to hear that your recent order hasn't arrived; I understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery doesn't arrive as expected.
I can see that you have been in contact with our customer service team who have now re-issued the order which should, hopefully, arrive without any further issue.
Kind Regards
Scarlett
