Great products disgraceful delivery service
My experience on your website is amazing easy to navigate, I prefer totally wicked products to that of supermarkets. So why I hear you say, a low score. Please stop using evri as a delivery system I still have not received my parcel and you are asking me to review. Never had this problem when you used Royal Mail. I will have to use alternative if delivery is not sorted.

The latest tracking indicates that delivery has since been completed however I have passed the detail over to our customer service team who will investigate the delay and be in touch with you directly.

I get all my supplies from the website. I love the discounts, love the flavours, love the free delivery over £30, love the discreet packaging, and love the prompt delivery, very easy to order, thank you! If I was to say only one thing that I don't like, it is the branding / logo, that's all.

Been on subscriptions for years
Been on subscriptions for years, they use EVRI and the delivery time is shocking over the last few months taking 3/4/5 days to deliver!
I’ll be cancelling my subscription and finding an alternative supplier as it’s a terrible service and customer service couldn’t care less about this!
