Delivery Service. I have a monthly subscription which is packed in a mailing carton that whole intention is to post and fit through a letter box, but your choice of courier Evri, continue to ring the doorbell, not wait for an answer and just leave the parcel on my doorstep.

Great products and service, except delivery!
I have always had really good service from Totally Wicked up to the point of delivery. It annoys me that they use a sub standard delivery company (Every) and then i have to wait or fill out forms when the delivery is not made or made to an incorrect address. It's ok them showing a photo, but it could at least be of my property!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived; I understand how disappointing delivery delays can be.
The tracking shows that unfortunately the label on the parcel had been damaged and required the courier to reprint it which I believe has led to the delay. Delivery is due to be completed today and I've arranged for our customer service team to monitor the status of the package. Should delivery not be completed today they'll contact you directly with a resolution.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry to hear that your delivery was delayed.
Once parcels are collected from us they are handled by our partnered courier Evri who manage the sorting and delivery process. Unfortunately any mis-sorting and redistribution issues are outside of our control however this will be logged with Evri to avoid it happening again in the future.
I can see from the tracking that delivery has since been completed however if you do require any further assistance please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Great product
Great product . First time vaper. So easy to use. As a heavy smoker. I choose the strongest strength liquid. But personally for me. I have found it to strong in flavour, so I'm starting with the mid range. All being well, I can see myself heading for the lowest strength in no time at all.
