The latest tracking information indicates that delivery is due to be made today and I will have our customer service team monitor the tracking over the next 24 hours. If it doesn't arrive today we will be in touch directly so that we can have this resolved.

Issue with Vape
I spoke with Andrea this morning regarding issues with both my vape and my husband’s vape, as neither device was working. She dealt with both queries politely and patiently, guiding us through several troubleshooting steps and explaining the possible causes.
Rather than keep us on the call while the devices reset, Andrea advised us to leave them for a short period and call back if the issue continued. When I called again, she helped us create the necessary accounts, confirmed the required details, and arranged next-day delivery of replacement sets for both of us.
We have been using these products to help us stop smoking, and they have made a significant difference. The alternatives we have tried from shops have not been as suitable for us, as we found them too sweet.
Andrea provided excellent support, and I appreciated her clear, courteous approach throughout our conversations.
We look forward to receiving the replacements and continuing our journey towards quitting smoking.

This is the best sit I have ever got from delivery is fast then yesterday made a order but it was wrong so rang them explain and they were no that's not the case then the person on the phone added them and there was an issue so the lovely lady said what three flavours did you want I said and within ten minutes had an email saying item sent no extra cost so I highly recommend them

Found it was delivered verymu opinion quick and…
Found it was delivered very quick and the vape was a good device only thing I had trouble with it didn't come with any instructions and was very finky to fill with fluid and ended up putting liquid in the wrong place and got fluid in my mouth so not been able to use it with the fluid going in my mouth using it which I acknowledge is my mistake but instructions would have been very helpful
