Right before Christmas…
Right before Christmas they had to get the shipping wrong! Despite sending multiple emails to ensure that the address for our order was correct, T R U still sent the package 3000km in the wrong direction! And guess who pays the delivery charges... twice now!

I bought something from eBay and got spammed with this.
I ordered something from eBay without issue, left feedback and everything was fine. Then I got spam asking me to fill out this form a month later.

Delayed shipping, no customer service
Two weeks after ordering, my order has still not been shipped. No answer to my email query three days later.
Terrible customer service and the delay in shipping not good enough.

Very Poor
I am having the same experience as the previous lady who has left a review. I placed an order. Funds have been taken. I have tried to call the number on the website. No one answers. I have sent numerous emails to make contact with no reply.
Can any please help with a contact ? These are also Christmas presents for my grandkids who I have not seen all year due to covid. I am feeling so sick about this order now.

I placed an order almost two weeks ago
I placed an order almost two weeks ago, have had no confirmation of postage and have sent numerous emails with no reply, I can’t find any contact number to call as they are all either disconnected or “user busy” very disappointed as these are Christmas gifts. Unsure how to even speak to anyone for a refund as it seems they can’t be contacted
