Purchased toy car for my daughter for Christmas paid extra for them to build/set it up. Unboxed it on Christmas eve to discover it was cracked and damaged at one side. Contacted them, they responded and asked for information and then once provided they keep ignoring my messages and calls. An expensive Christmas gift that hasn't been able to be used due to the damage. Disgusting customer service .... happy to take your money but cannot help rectify the problem

Had to email or texted even rang for information about delivery, then was told would be delivered between 7PM and 8PM arrived after 12am one very shattered customer had made a snack pack up for drivers with drink expecting two but was three so added more pop plus snacks after a very rude delivery man said I hope we getting a £20 tip may I say I already was going to but to be asked and put on the spot was disgusting I gave them nothing , and the to be told to give a good review as I didnt give them a tip off the same man I was fuming may I say , the other gentlemen that helped carry the Tractor is was lovely and looked very shocked by what he had said the other guy didnt get out the van so I didnt know how his manner was , I would have no problem in sending them two a tip , no way would I ever dream of saying that to anyone, Tractor and delivery came to £460 so wasnt cheap anyway , happy with Tractor and one happy grandson ,

Spot on. Called to say the item ordered had been damaged in transit, happens. Alternative product selected, partial refund issued. Great communication, the fee to have it delivered and built worth every penny, helpful delivery driver. Highly recommend!

Was over charged and still waiting to hear back, haven’t even received my purchase yet. Communication is very poor with this company definitely would order else where next time

The item I ordered and spent a considerable amount of money on was not even in stock yet was ‘available’ online. Simply had an email to say that I had been issued a refund no apology. Very poor service. The money has not yet returned to my account.
