Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Unfortunately our industry is still quite behind on modern times with certain product types, the cylinder you have ordered is delivered securely by the manufacturer with their own delivery vehicles but they do not have any form of tracking.
We are provided with a delivery date which we pass to customers but then delivery is an all day service, we certainly try our best but sometimes we are not helped with the way the industry works.
We are hopeful that at some stage in the future this can change.

Great site and Excellent Service
Great site, plenty of choice and easy to order. Ordered the radiator in the afternoon and it was here the next morning. Radiator is great, just as described on the site. Looking forward to getting it in place.

Easy online ordering
Easy online ordering. Sent email asking to forward date the delivery which was amended and acknowledged within the hour of sending. Item arrived on day specified. It was a large double panel radiator, very heavy, the polite super strong delivery driver had no problem placing the item inside my property.

Lied about stock, lied about delivery times
Lied about stock , I checked, they confirmed, I even took a photograph of the chat channel, no sign of the radiator after a week, and hey ho, its not in stock when I chase it up. 2-3 delivery stated, basically just lies and incorrect information on their site

Thank you for your taking the time to leave a negative review.
I would say the use of the term as lies is a little extreme, none of the staff here would treat any customer in the manner of telling lies to them.
This does not mean or is not an attempt to say that we are not at fault however with your order, all of our stock on our web-site if either warehoused by ourselves or if its warehoused and delivered by the manufacturer directly has a stock feed that is fed into the web-site
It is an automated process so the data from the feeds are to our knowledge accurate, unfortunately on this occasion the stock feed was from one of our suppliers (manufacturers) and unfortunately the feed was as you say incorrect so was giving us wrong information that was displayed on site.
If you have spoken to anyone in the sales team at any stage asking about stock or deliveries they would give you the information that is on the web-site as usually the information is accurate, unfortunately on this occasion which has maybe happened 1-2 times before maximum was incorrect.
So although I would not say anyone has lied, they have unintentionally give you wrong information based on the information being fed into the site being wrong.
We're not a company who want to take orders if we cannot supply, we are real people after all and always try to put ourselves in the shoes of the customer, as we all probably buy online as well so would want to treat customers how we would want to be treated etc.
Again this has been an issue with our feed into our system, the supplier was wrong but it is still our responsibility and we have been working with the said manufacturer to try and avoid this situation in the future
I do apologise to you Nick for the inconvenience this has caused you, if you ever need anything in the future I would please ask for you to contact me directly and I will do my best for you personally.

Thank you for writing another review.
My last response was not an attempt to justify anything, it was a detailed response to your order and the communication for your order.
We always do and always will do our best for our customers where it is possible, especially with regards to any items that are faulty and/or damaged, we are unable to provide additional products however if they do not come with the original purchase, this is not for the want of not being helpful but margins are extremely tight on the product type you have purchased, and we would be losing money sending out goods that do not come with it and are a separate purchase.
Hope this explains the response to your original review on trust pilot, the idea of responses are there to explain what happened so other reviewers can see from both sides.

Been looking at this Radiator for a while but could not find it with UK fittings. By chance I came across Trade Plumbing and decided to order. Delivery was faster than expected.

Good customers service
Lengthy process because wanted to exchange initial radiator and then suppliers delivered wrong one, but the customer service team were very helpful and quick to action.

From the beginning your sales agent James was very helpful and did a good job in getting me the things I needed. He also offered more assistance when my plumber pulled out from doing the job. However the new plumber I employed worked it out and had the job done in three hours, so I did not have to call on James for futher help. You have a good employee in James so don,t lose him.

Beware
Beware : web site is not maintained . You think you’ve bought something ,
looked at the picture , however a different product turns up. You try return it , they then blame you for ordering the wrong item,therefore they are not responsible for the return .
Rude and unhelpful on email. So you ring for which they charge 7p a minute - I spent £5 waiting for them to answer
Alas, I need to drive to where to return the incorrect radiator !?? though it’s not clear where from the web site .

Unfortunately your review is not accurate, you have stated our web site is not maintained, we have 12 people who work on our web-site daily and are constantly working on various tasks at the same time.
Each product listing has its own unique SKU, the products you have purchased have been on the web-site for around 6 years and those SKU codes will not change.
You have claimed the web-site is wrong and that you have purchased the same radiator as a previous order, unfortunately you haven't, the SKU code is completely different, you have tried to push blame onto my sales/customer service team stating its the wrong size, it is the size you have purchased which we have supplied, you have also said its 2 column not 3 column, this is because this is the column size ordered against the SKU and we have supplied what has been ordered.
Unfortunately my team are not to know you are trying to order the same radiator as before, they have just seen it as a new order so have processed the goods, however again just to clarify we have processed what has been ordered.
You have unfortunately ordered the wrong item which is your mistake, and under our terms if you wish to return an item which is your own wrong doing you are responsible for the return costs, we cannot swallow the costs of these types of errors, if it was our fault then absolutely we would cover any costs.
Also another note regarding the phone charges, we are a 03445 phone number which is a local rate line, it does not cost you 7p per minute so I am not really sure why this comment was made.
I understand anyone getting frustrated with making an error on purchase and it costing them some money which is not ideal but this review is not a reflection on us, and I am not sure why other shoppers should 'Beware' we always put our customers first especially if we are at fault.
