Easy order process and good customer service
The order process was very easy. I rang ahead to make sure the item (which was nearly £1k) was in stock and they confirmed it was. Unfortunately the first delivery was lost but TradePlumbing quickly solved the issue and had a second delivery out next day. Very happy with the service.

Swift resolution to order problem
Ordered a radiator from TP and was told by the sales team that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. When it didn't arrive I was then told that it was out of stock for around four weeks. To be honest I was a little annoyed having taken time off for delivery, but TP offered me a deal on a similar radiator to the model I had ordered and arranged for it to be delivered direct from the manufacturer the next day. So, ok there were issues with the original order, but to be fair to TP they went all out to source a replacement and kept me informed throughout the process.

Return and replace item
I purchased an envirofoam cylinder from Trade plumbing and unfortunately ordered the wrong item !!! The service and customer care from Trade Plumbing was extremely helpful and a replacement/return of the item was dealt with quickly and efficiently ! 5 * service.

You have a very bad service because I wanted a refund and you still haven’t given me it and that shows that you are lying you kept say after 2-3 days it is going to coming every time we message you and it has been longer than 3 weeks.

This unfortunately is not an issue on our side it has been an issue with your bank and its processing speed in refunding you, on our system we simply click one button to refund a customer then that connects to your card issuer which is where the issue has been on this.
