Effective Customer Service!!

All of my transactions with Transcat have been outstanding!! My contact guy is Willie Person.....I can email Willie a request for a quote and He submits a quote back to me, same day. I can email Willie the Purchase Order and the quote and He will have the order processed, same day. This is the best representation for effective customer service that I have ever seen......always on time, always meeting expectations.

Wrong part

Transcat was to quote a non repairable instrument.
They sent the quote and we receive it.
It was the wrong instrument

Transcat offered the item I was looking for!

Transcat offered the item I was looking for for several days. My only issue with the whole process was the inability of the web software to accept my address as the billing address. After three times entering it I gave up and left it.
Later I found out the company had several bad experiences with overseas people ordering items and having them sent to people in the US. My sister verified to Transcat that I was living overseas and had an APO address.
