Travel China Guide successfully booked us tickets for a party of 3 during goldenweek for the following: Temple of heaven, Forbidden City, Summer Palace and Tiananmen Square. With all but the exception of Tiananmen square we got the original dates and times requested. For Tiananmen Square, they kindly worked with me to find an alternative date and time that worked for us due to the high ticket demand. They were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive via WhatsApp.

My application was dealt with swiftly and I was always kept in the loop. Trains were easy to access with passport recognition and the whole journey was in a spotless pre booked carriage spot on time. Well done all concerned.

Booking was seamless, with all questions answered promptly, pleasantly and accurately. Train was immaculate and all train staff were excellent. Room left and arrived on time. The room on the on train was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Ulaanbatur-Beijing.

Most bookings were as requested and those that were not were just as good. All trips went very well with great service from the stations to the porters which were included in the price. All we had to do was get to the station and from the end station to our hotels. Would recommend this service to anyone traveling through China and wanting to do it by train.

Travel China Guide Tours was the best source for booking train tickets in China. I used another online travel agent but they failed to secure the tickets.
I made several bookings with Travel China Guides and they came up trumps on each one. When I made changes, they were very responsive and able to solve the problem. Great customer service and nice to be able to communicate with an online provider by email for a change!

I did a one day tour of Beijing (Summer Palace, etc) with this company and Helen was the guide. It was well-organized, the guide was pleasant/knowledgeable, and the van was fine. Exactly what I wanted.

We organised quite a complex itinerary travelling around China and with tickets for trains etc often not released until quite close to the departure date we didn't want to faff with booking all the various tickets ourselves. China Travel Guide has been a real helping hand. We used them to book tickets for attractions and trains. It doesn't cost much more to use this service. There were a couple of times we missed out on our original asks (ie second class train tickets instead of first class, but CTG would always offer alternatives), and a couple of times we needed to remind CTG to ensure our bookings were fulfilled but all in all a good service and we would recommend them and happily use them again. Our tip is just to keep on top of what you're expecting to come through and when. CTG are responsive, easily contactable and very helpful. They made a real difference to our trip planning. Thank you

We ordered several train tickets in China, we got all the tickets in the schedule we asked for except for one that was not available and they gave us alternative very quick. Great customer service. We had to cancel one person from the tickets and they manage everything fast and professionally. We had some issue with the bank with the refund and they help us all the way. For sure I’ll contact them again for my next trip to China.
