Doris was awesome in booking multiple tours for our China trip. There was one instance where we needed to rebook, but she handled the refund promptly and was able to get us another time without hassle. We highly recommend the service.

I found booking train tickets with Travel China Guide a very easy process online. When I arrived at Chengdu Train Station to collect the tickets and could not find anyone that spoke English, I contacted Sunny Zhang (from Travel China Guide) and they were able to speak with the Ticket Office staff to allow me to get the pre-purchased tickets. Also when my air travel itinerary changed (before leaving Australia), I needed to change my train travel itinerary. I contacted the Travel China Office and Sunny was able to change my tickets and processed a refund, which I received within a few days back in my account. Overall I cannot speak highly of the great customer service I received from Travel China Guide, and particularly by Sunny Zhang. I feel she demonstrated a customer service which was well above my expectation. My wife and I were very pleased with her friendly help and assistance.

Travel China Guide was easy to deal with from Australia and organised our train travel from Xian North to Beijing West without any fuss. Their communications were clear and detailed and easy to understand. True to their word they delivered our paper tickets to our hotel prior to our arrival.
We would certainly deal with them again if we need travel services in China.

I used Travel China the last year when I traveled in China with my son. We took trains and I wanted buy in advance ticket because the destination are very tourisitc. But it’s not possible to buy ticket on your own from foreign country if you’re not Chinese. You must pay with chinese credit card. Moreover tickets are avalable only one month in advance and you must buy very quickly your place because of the lot of many Chinese tourist. Consequently I used Travel China guide and I was very satisfied with them for many reasons. First of all China guide give an answer as soon as possible. Your mail has an answer very quickly. The agence works efficiently. They are all time with you if you have any question or problem. For the train tickets I wanted several destinations. I gave them what I wanted , they send you the planning of all the trains in China. Then I pay without problem with paypal. And their costs are no very high. To have tickets you have two solutions : you can recover at your hostel in China (they take tickets to your hostel) or you have a number and you recover in any station in China. I choose the second way. It was very easy. I was very relieved to take china guide. My travel was easier. In China the big problem is the language and you feel lost. I would like to go back in China in the future because I was very delighted. The country is marvellous. When I will go back I will contact Travel China guide again.

TCGT was a great help to my travel in China last May 2019. I had a superb experience touring Chongqing. This wasn't made possible without the help of my travel consultant Lexi. She helped me plan my 5 days trip. The city was amazing. Then, I also had the chance to visit the county Wulong. It was so nice there. It was peaceful. I so love the nature. The karsts, the cave and of course the Three Natural bridges where one of the franchise movie of Transformers had been shot. It was just awesome. Thank you so much Travel China Guide Tours. Having a free weekend in Beijing, I decided to find something to do. A quick Google search lead me to Travel China Guide Tours and I quickly found what I was looking for. I booked the Tour for Tianemen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Great Wall as quickly as I could. Within two days, I had everything set up and ready to go. The tour and the tour guide were fantastic. I really wish I had more time during my stay because I really wanted to do another tour with them...next time over for sure!!

Travel China Guide were fantastic we booked a Yangtze cruise with them .We also booked a full day tour to volunteer with pandas in Chengdu.We travelled on our own but booked all our high speed train tickets with Travel China Guide . Would recommend them for any plans for China they were very professional from Selina who was our representative online to our guide in Chengdu. There website is a wealth of information on China from the city’s to travelling and touring and we will use them again next time we travel to China.

China is a beautiful country and I had a great time with my friends. We traveled all the way down from Beijing to Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Guangzhou by Express trains and we bought train tickets via Travel China Guide. Their services are very fast, safe and we got all the tickets issued at 1 train station only and of course, this made everybody in my group happy. Highly recommend.

August 2018, We tried the services from Travel China Guide for first time. We were a little afraid because it was our firs visit to China and tickets should be delivered to the Hotel. Everything was ok. Tickets delivered on time and all the other contacts during selection and purrchase were very supportive.

It was my first visit to China with some friends and we loved it very much. Everything was amazing and I don’t think we couldn’t had a great time without the support of Travel China Guide. It was so easy to book our train tickets with them and everything went smooth.

My experience was outstanding and I would recommend Travel China to all travelers to China.

I book ticket online for high speed train Beijing to Shanghai online from Indonesia. The instruction in English is very clear. Credit card is accepted. The instruction how to use the ticket in the huge Beijing station is very helpful with clear picture a real station situation. They also provide a service where they can send the paper ticket to our hotel exact upon our arrival in Beijing. . Travel China guide is a solution I can trust.

Travel China Guide Tours was great right from the start. They were quick to respond to email questions and very helpful through the visa process. The whole tour was very well organized. It was great not to have to worry about any details. The hotels were great except for the Beijing one which was a little under par but still adequate. The tour guides were great, friendly and knowledgeable except for one guide who didn't seem to have a sense of humour! But on the whole they were fantastic. A great diverse trip where we saw lots and learnt heaps. Great tour group and lots of great memories. The meals were amazing and we all put on weight. I would highly recommend this tour company.

Our guide John helped us avoid the May 1 holiday crowds on our visit to Mutianyu Great Wall and Summer Palace!
John was an excellent guide and somehow worked miracles as we were able to actually enjoy our time at the Mutianyu section of the great wall! (We traveled during a very busy holiday.) He was great in explaining the significance of areas and he had patience as our teen and elementary daughters enjoyed taking pictures of the locations. Our driver catered to our family's needs and made the drop off and pick up transactions so easy. Will certainly request John again when we return to Beijing! Thank you!

We are a couple who did a two week private China tour in April 2019. We had nothing but first class service all the way with excellent guides and drivers, clean comfortable vehicles and first class hotels. This was our fifth trip to China and the first with Travel China Guide. We would highly recommend this company and travel again with them. Five stars.
