100% recommend
I ordered a box for my friend’s birthday and was really impressed with how quickly it was delivered, with no issues at all. The box was even better than I expected, filled with lovely, high-quality products and the handwritten message was such a thoughtful personal touch.
There are also so many lovely items to choose from, including personalised options, which made it really easy to create something special and unique. I included a couple of personalised items in the box and they were absolutely fab, my friend loved everything!
I would 100% recommend TreatBox for their fast delivery, beautiful high-quality products and the personal touches that make their gifts feel extra special. Thanks, TreatBox! 💕

Delivery a joke!!!
Ordered for a special birthday. You get to name the delivery day. Only it wasn't delivered on that day. Treatbox are NOT interested. Nowhere is it made clear that it may not be delivered on the day you have selected. Why bother sending a special birthday box if it doesn't arrive on the designated day, I sent a advent countdown. Complete waste of £35. Save yourself some money & use a reputable company that actually cares.

We completely understand how important the timing of a Birthday Advent can be when it’s intended as a seven-day countdown.
Our free Royal Mail Tracked 24 service usually arrives within 1–2 working days, but unfortunately it isn’t a guaranteed next-day service. For orders where arrival on a particular date is essential, we also offer a guaranteed next-day Special Delivery option at checkout.
We’re particularly sorry to read that you felt we weren’t interested, as this certainly isn’t how we want any of our customers to feel. As there isn’t an order number attached to this review, we’re unable to identify the order from the information provided here, but we’d be very happy to look into what happened. Perfect September Reset Treat Box
I just opened my September Treat Box, yes we’re halfway through the month but I’d been saving it for a quiet day to enjoy. Today I have been feeling unwell and this cheered me up no end. Everything in it is just perfect not only for autumn but for how I’m currently feeling-the need to take some time for myself and reset. Even the lemon & ginger tea which I wouldn’t normally drink but given I’ve had a migraine, it will help my nausea. And when that passes I look forward to the biscuit-these ones are delicious and the words on it are completely ‘on point’. These boxes are such lovely ways to treat ourselves and others.🥰

More happiness in giving than receiving !
I received a TreatBox as a gift from a very thoughtful friend a few months ago. It was beautifully presented with a hand written card and many nice gifts.
So when I wanted to send a thank you gift to one of my friend this summer, I thought of sending a TreatBox and chose the contents, the card etc. My friend was very happy.

Usually good but not sure anymore
I’ve always had a pretty good experience with them and have used TreatBox for birthday and wellbeing gifts often in the past 2/3 years. Sadly recently I had the worst experience where my package was delayed with no explanation. I had to follow up but communication was non existent. They ended up missing my aunts birthday and I’ve had no response to my complaint.

You're absolutely right that we should have communicated the unexpected delay with the pre-order item in your order sooner, rather than you having to contact us for an update. We're also really sorry that this meant your gift didn't arrive in time for your aunt's birthday.
We did respond to your initial message and, once we received your order details, we replied again that afternoon to explain the delay and confirm that your order had been dispatched. We're really sorry if our response to you hasn't reached you or if there is a further message from you that we haven't received.
This certainly isn't the experience we want for our customers, especially someone who has trusted us with their gifts on a number of occasions. Fabulous
I’ve been using treat box as a monthly pic me up for a few years now and they never disappoint.
I’ve used them for gifts for friends and family as well and the products are always really good quality.
The monthly box always cheers me up and has items that I use everyday.

Good choice of products to choose from
Good choice of products to choose from. It’s a shame a little candle or some hand cream wasn’t available to pick at the time. But overall there’s a really thoughtful selection of items. Recipient said it was really nicely packaged and presented. I think I’d use TreatBox again.

Lovely theme & beautiful colours but some disappointment
My second subscription box was a lovely theme and beautiful colours, but I was a bit disappointed with some of the items. I really enjoyed the Coco cubes, very tasty!. The hair wrap will be very useful, but I cringed at all the plastic it was packaged in. The glasses case may come in handy but I have so many already, so may regift it. The postcards & hair clip will also be regifted. Whilst I'm not sure I liked the hair & body mist the first couple of goes, i will give it another go! I have subsequently paused my subscription for a few months, but will definitely look forward to a xmas themed one in December :-).

I absolutely love treatbox
I absolutely love treatbox. I love the quality of the products and the amazing value for money. I have been purchasing from treatbox for the past year and im never disappointed, even if its a small treat for me or a box for the bestie to cheer her up it never fails. I would highly recommend to anyone and the products to choose from are insane as they are such good products there is so much to choose from.
