I ordered a hoody from TS - It arrived and unfortunately did not fit. i tried scanning the the QR code to begin the return process and i was presented with an error and was not provided with a bardcode or anything in order to send back.

I have emailed three times in the past week and had zero responses despite the website saying we aim to reply within one business day - this is clearly not the case.

There isnt even a phone number to call to try and get hold of someone.

It all started with me trying to track down a hoodie worn by Tinie on his property show on Channel 4. Long story short, after finding a Chinatown Market jumper I loved and it being out of stock everywhere, I found it with True Store for half the price of everywhere else, in stock, in my size! I ordered it immediately and it was with me two days later. It's the coolest jumper in my wardrobe and I couldn't be happier with the service from them. Now I'm wondering what I'll be ordering next…

Ordered 3 items from the same brand, 2 of the items were clearly completely different than what the description on the item's page mention. Not only that, but the package I received have two tags, one for the item I ended up receiving, which clearly has a different name, and for some reason another tag right next to it, with the item I actually ordered, and it even includes the retail price (which is also a much more expensive item, so they basically delivered me something worth almost half as much). How does that even happen in the first place? And now, if I want to return the wrong items, I'm supposed to pay £4.50 for what is clearly their mistake and deceptive item's description on the webpage and package.

Awful, they sent me the wrong item. It cost me a fortune sending it back. No offers to pay the return postage and accept responsibility.

Never used this store before! But glad I did, brother loved his hoodie. Reasonable price & quick delivery

Excellent value, good discount available too. Very minor point in that the postage is a little pricier than other sellers (& the return would cost if item didn’t fit) but the discount covered the postage & the item was a good fit.

Was forced to pay for one day delivery which was delivered 5 days later to a neighbour (Ordered Wednesday was delivered Monday. I didn't ask for it to be delivered there and was at home). Overall lack of respect from customer service and slow response.

Avoid ordering from this place if possible.

I was in on the Friday delivery was supposedly attempted. This is a blatant lie.

Sent me the wrong size and they responded by saying they basically never make mistakes so it wasn't likely. Had to email them multiple times to get a response and finally resolve. Communication and customer service was poor. The rest was fine.
