Tried ordering a pair of shoes
Tried ordering a pair of shoes, received a personal email saying that due to a stocking error, they no longer had those shoes in my size. Offered me another color in right size and apologized dearly. Great customer service.

The order did come wrong but a was sorted quick and easy, and the correspondence was the same, no complaints.
