This month marks ten years that I have been a Twigby user.
This month marks ten years that I have enjoyed Twigby service. Since 1970, I have always had domestic and international cellular phone coverage and with top-of-the line providers. None have ever rated as highly for me as has Twigby's performance.
I have never even once had a dropped call or poor reception with Twigby on incoming or outgoing calls both within the USA or overseas. I have not needed to ever contact Twigby Customer Service for assistance as coverage consistently performed to perfection. The set-up on my own mobile unit and on which I maintained my original phone number was effortless. It took just a few moments after which service performed perfectly. Pricing is affordable. Billing with autopayments is entirely reliable.
I have a beautiful Twigby tee-shirt and I wear it proudly in public as I have always shared my Twigby experience with others. No other company has ever compared favorably.

Excellent help with new phone setup
I bought a new phone and was having a small difficulty getting the eSIM set up. The representative, Robin, was very helpful with getting me to the right screens and walking me through the setup. My experience with Twigby Customer Service has always been outstanding and this evening was no exception.

I had an outstanding experience with Twigby's Customer Service Chat thanks to Annie! She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire conversation. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a frustrating situation quick and easy to resolve.
It's rare to receive customer service that's this friendly and efficient. Annie genuinely cared about helping me and made sure I understood every step before ending the chat. She went above and beyond my expectations, and I left the conversation feeling confident that everything had been taken care of.

Seriously Limited in Times of Need
As a low cost carrier, they are fine, but when you are in a pinch and need more than their 5G, they can not help. We were on vacation, with no wifi, so their data was used up within days--and we were stuck with throttled access that's useless. You can buy 2G more (only), but you're out in the cold in these circumstances: and we NEEDED mapping access. The agent said they were not the carrier for us, and they were right. We kicked Twigby to the curb before the next billing cycle.

Twigby does offer a 5GB data add-on, but currently it can only be added through our Live Chat team. We recognize that when a customer has used all of their high speed data, finding and accessing that option may not be quick enough for urgent situations.
Your feedback is valuable, and we're exploring ways to make additional data options more accessible during emergencies or unexpected circumstances when services like GPS are essential.
We appreciate you giving Twigby Mobile a try and wish you all the best.
Support is human not bot
Whenever I've had to set up a cell phone Twigby has an ACTUAL HUMAN being--not a damned BOT!!!--on their website. An actual person enters the chat right away. It is such a relief. I am sure most of us have come to hate the "first talk to the BOT" chats.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
