This agent was super, but all of the Twigby agents are. I stick with Twigby since you can always get a real person in the chat right away and they can always fix your issues , if you have any. In a day where you always get bots or people that can't speak English..Twigby is so good to have. No doubt one of the best customer service places I deal with.

Great Tech Support!
I contacted twigby a few times and the tech support was the best! It took me a long time because I was switching from an andoid to an apple phone. I was not familiar with iphones at all! They were patient, kind and so helpful. They even helped me with questions about navigating my iphone so I did not have to call apple. Thank you Twigby!

Complex message conversion made easy...
I was VERY confused by Samsung-to-Google message conversion, a rather complex step-by-step process. Scott (my helper) was a pro and guided me through the complete process, except for one thing that I may have to fix from Google, not Twigby. Very deserving of 5-star rating, IMHO.

Great help
Lisa was great at problem solving our new phone's connection issues. My son has T1D and it's imperative we have a working phone and she was wonderful at sticking with us until it worked.
