I have been with Twigby nearly a year now and have been very pleased. I want a phone for calls and text only, no frills, no internet. Twigby connection has been great, no problems so far. I do internet business on computer only, so I can't speak to a more expanded service. Customer service was outstanding during setup and porting of a number. I am comfortable with written communication, so online only is compatible for me. Customer service reps are knowledgeable, and they know how to communicate effectively in type. I don't need phone communication with them, so Twigby customer service has been great for me. I am very happy.
