I hate using chat for help -- but the TWIGBY folks are great and help. So it's not so bad.

I have been a Twigby customer for almost 10 years and have always gotten quality assistance from customer service. My most recent experience with customer service was needing help to transfer my service to another phone since I broke the screen on my old phone. No, it was not protected with a screen protector nor a case. I had gotten as far as I could on my own but missed a few steps which Ellie patiently talked me through.

Robin was professional yet friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating while addressing my need for a new SIM card. Robin started the process for the new SIM which should be received within a week or so which is fine, as I need to finish setting up the new phone. Robin's expertise and customer service skills has been very typical of any assistance I continue to experience from Twigby, and it is very much appreciated. Although I do not have a big dollar account, I am treated properly when there is a need to chat (unlike my experience with other telecoms that provide cell phone service) which is a big reason why I remain a Twigby subscriber. Therefore, it is my intent is to remain with Twigby as there have also been no problems with calls what-so-ever since switching from Spectrum Mobile, which also uses the Verizon network, but for some reason cannot produce the same results consistently achieved by Twigby. Therefore, two thumbs up for Robin who represents Twiggy VERY well.

Basic, reliable service. Good customer service through their chat during the hours when they have a live agent on there.

Fast service. Helped me with what I needed and was friendly.

Prices and service are a great deal, but I'm mostly impressed with the Customer Service. Scott helped me have such an easy process to move my twigy number to a new device. fast, efficient, and not a pain in the back!

I LOVE the fact that twigby is very upfront with their costs and price plans. nothing is hidden, no extra fees tagged on last minute and GREAT customer service. I last spoke with Scott, and I can be curmudgeonly at times. He was patient and laid back, getting my phone fixed quilckly and informing me simply that there are othe rphone options available when I asked him. Twigby was my go to when I got sick of another phone company who had terrible customer service, switched me all over the world, literally,, cause when I reupped my phone plan, they could never get it up and working after I paid. I saw twigby is located ALL in the USA! no problems with communication, no issues with misunerstandings, just fast, professional service.

I spoke with Lisa concerning a problem with getting online . She had the problem resolved in no time flat, where the last person I spoke to did not. You will be very happy if you happen to get Lisa to help you out and others also, but Lisa is great.
