I thought that it would only take 3 weeks, but i ordered my tooth gem june 6th and was told i would get it August 8th, not only that but they lost my shipment in the mail and didnt even realize it till i pointed out how long it was taking for it to be delivered. They didnt even wave the shipment fee after that. no i would never order from these people again.

Hi Pennell,
According to our record your order was placed on July 6th and shipped the same day. Delivery time from Sweden is between 5 -16 days depending on destination. Due to customs security and clearance there can be further delays. Unfortunately also parcels are lost.
On July 31th we shipped a new delivery as you claimed not have received the first one. It arrived in Broooklyn on Aug 6th. I am sorry for any inconvenience but this is within our policy.

your order was shipped on dec 16th. I have searched our e-mails, and I can't find any notification from you that your parcel was not received.
It is obviously lost and we will give you a full refund unless you want us to reship.

Sparkling!
I bought the Twinkles diamond tooth gem for my niece who had a dentist bond it to the tooth of her choice. She absolutely loves the gem! It was placed on the tooth behind one of her eye teeth where you can see it sparkly without being prominent. Looks pretty darn good. I have to say it wasn't easy finding a USA dentist willing to do this without charging a fortune but find one we did. Happy customer!

Dear Stephanie, your item was shipped on nov 25th, two weeks ago. This is normal delivery time from Sweden to Alabama, but considering the Christmas overload on shipping I would suggest you will have it sometime next week. If not please contact me thru the website.
