Bought a great bike from these guys.Unhurried,no pressure sales and a decent px price .Would look into buying from here again if i ever require another bike!

We have just purchased our bike from Bill at the Two Wheel Centre. Bill is extremely approachable, friendly, professional and understanding. Bill kept in contact with regular updates plus dealt with all the DVLA paperwork for us. The rest of the staff also made us feel very welcome. A reasonable P/X price was given for our bike, plus it was an easy transaction for the rest of the purchase price. Delivery of our "new" bike and pick up of our P/X was on time and equally as professional by the delivery driver. Apologies, we have forgotten your name but thanks, it was a pleasure to meet you. Hopefully our "new" bike will live up to the same high standards as this dealership has shown us during the buying process. We highly recommend the Two Wheel Centre and will hopefully deal with them again one day, when we eventually hang up our boots. Kind regards Paul and Sue.

Went to buy winter gloves. The only way the service could have been better would have been if they had bought them for me. Excellent service from the young man who was interested in what I rode. Felt awful after leaving as didn't ask what he rode. Everyone is really friendly and super helpful.

From the minute I entered the Mansfield shop I was welcomed warmly. The bike sales team helped me to understand what I was getting and advised me well on alternatives.

Upstairs, the accessories and clothing team did a great job. Excellent advice and assistence there too!

And today my Burgmann was delivered and handed over very competently. I should add here, that it was raining all day, so I haven't been out yet, but Matt (the delivery guy) took his time to show me through all the nitty gritties.

I've ridden two wheelers from the late 60s (Honda 50 "Engine in the wheel"), Lambrettas, Triumph Trophies, Suzi trailbike TS 180 (something) and most recently BMWs and Bandits. Of the many Biker shops I have visited, the mansfield family looks like the best crew across the many countries I have biked in.

This is the first time I have ordered anything from TWC I received excellent customer service. I ordered a centre stand for my Suzuki V-Strom 250. The stand arrived quickly and in perfect condition and was cheaper than my local dealer. Will order from TWC again when I require anything in the future.

Have used TWC several times and have always received excellent service; other companies should look at their “customer service” and use it as their model. It would be wrong to single out individual members of staff, but I’ll do it any way…., Aimee, you’re a star.

The customer service I received from James and his colleague was excellent always go the extra mile to help me with my motorcycle at two wheel centre Mansfield very satisfied ✅🏆

I bought a suzuki sv650 from King's, I love to it to bits and it was priced very reasonably, I mostly dealt with Steve who knew what he was talking about, and managed the centre incredibly well, all the staff were very polite and super helpful, it was just a really nice atmosphere, and because customer service is good you don't feel any pressure to buy something that you are not comfortable with.

When I was looking at the 650 Steve went through with me about whether it would be a suitable bike for my first bigger bike, there's a real sense of care there above making a sale, for that reason I would go back in a heartbeat.

Met mijn zoon naar RDW voor scooter keuring waar bleek dat er eea gerepareerd moest voordat de keuring akkoord was. Gegoogeld en om de hoek van het rdw zit two wheels service. Wij werden direct geholpen, heel erg vriendelijk, snel en de eigenaar heeft onze reparatie tussendoor gedaan. We werden netjes gebeld dat het later werd, en daarna een appje met foto's dat de scooter klaar was.
Wij waren heel blij dat het zo snel kon! De keuring was daarna in orde.
Een hele goede ervaring dus!

Test rode a tracer 700 they were very helpful , held bike for two weeks for me , Sarah was brilliant organised delivery to Somerset for me , great customer service all round with every one I dealt with , even parts were great sold me some gloves while I was there , highly recommend very pleasant experience 👍

Have tried to buy SiDi ST Gore-Tex boots from these guys (at least was considering this). Their price is 339.99 (Plus they giving future voucher for £50 to shop with them). When I ask them to price match same shoes (which I found for 271.99), I’ve got an answer that they cannot do this because the promotion is already applied (that voucher for 50£ for future shop with them).
So basically they send me far away with my request and I don’t know why because 339.99 minus 50 is not equal to 271.99, no not really sure why this was their decision. Anyway that’s okay with me I just decided to let everyone know that you should look elsewhere for the motorcycle equipment because in this particular shop you will be ripped off.

Trust pilot if you need any proofs I have emails from them and a link for shoes with a price

P.s. was a really nice try from owners to block my review, because of “dangerous and illegal content”, you failed and the country will know its heroes😅

I ordered some trousers but unfortunately they weren’t in stock. I was informed of the delay and assured the goods would be despatched once in stock. True to their word I received the goods on the date promised. All through the process I was kept up to date with progress and customer service was first class. I appreciated the honest communication rather than the company just
taking my money and leaving me wondering where my goods had got to. Thanks Aimee you were great

Always a good experience at Two Wheels, from initial training to the retail shop upstairs and now for an upgraded exhaust and new tyre. Really impressive service all round from everyone involved. Thanks, Ben
