What made my experience great was the product. It does everything it’s supposed to and I had a blast on my bike last night. The shipping was slightly annoying because I’m east coast U.S. and we want everything delivered 2 hours after we buy it, so “tracking” the shipment is frustrating. But the company shipped immediately and the product is great, they can’t control slow postal services.

The order was ok and I got feedback when i requested for my order. the only issue was that the delivery came to my postal service and not to the door ( i think is a country issue) . keep up the good work.

Order a chip for my cube, never received my parcel and the delivery photo I was sent clearly shows a different house aswell as a forged delivery signature. Contacted them via email and was instantly met with "order is fulfilled ourside so we wont be doing anything"... after a few days back and fourth I contacted my bank and made a charge back. The following email i received was full of abuse and was basically told to hit the road. Seems like a group of hooligans running this business. Ask for updates only to be told to F off... AVOID there are several other companies who treat their customers with respect.

I installed the system easily. But when I try it, the speed is exactly the same with gps and the speed of my bike. My bike cuts out at 25 km/h... I tested it with a piece of metal to see if the magnet was moving. There's a very slight offset per wheel revolution, but no more than 1/10 par turn. I paid 120 euros for nothing... I contacted the company to see if there was a solution to this problem. But I still haven't received a response. I hope to find a solution. I just wanted to gain 5 km/h so my wife could train with her children...
