Wow, you’ve no idea the level of customer service this company provide, it’s like your best mate FaceTiming you and helping you out with every single problem you’ve got ha even if it’s not the product they’ve sold, I’m amazed at the level of professionalism and knowledge, and the products they sell they stand by, I was offered everything to sort the problem which turned out to be nothing, I challenge you to find a company that FaceTimes you and emails and messages constantly until the problem is sorted, although the volspeed doesn’t go over 28mph it’s still the best one, but I like it FASTER, and I know if I need more help there at the other end of the phone, longest I waited for a response was 2 hours followed by a 1 hour FaceTime consultation, seriously amazing company, thank you again and again 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Great professional service

Excellent product that completely lives up to expectations. Delivery (from manufacturer) was a bit delayed but I was informed straight away and had the time to get some advance tech support questions in. All the emails have been prompt and friendly. Very happy!

Slow delivery (good communication from supplier though)
Not really working as expected. Bike still cuts in and out below 15.6(ish) and this was supposed to reduce drag in system but still happening up towards 17-19mph.

Fast shipping and easy to install. Installed this to my radon deft 10, it has same newmen fade hub as cube stereo, so it fits there nicely! First test ride was short but everything works and no fault codes.

This is my 1st time to abroad e- commercial shopping. I bought tuning kit it delivered in 15day to korea with free of charge. When I installed tuning kit it doesn't work. According to the service teams e-mail guide I've installed again. Now it works perfectly.

Simple installation don’t hesitate to purchase

Ordered a volspeed v4 and asked for info before arrival, brilliant service and after a chat my questions were answered. Very friendly staff go above and beyond to help. The v4 arrived on the expected date, fitted to bike easily and following the programming all works perfect. No more brick wall on my orbea wild using rotor magnet and wired speed sensor.
