The Byfleet service centre is very efficient ( same can not be said for the Bookham one in the past) . The car is taken in for service at the allotted time, and is ready half an hour early, washed... Ver mais

Outstanding service
I have used TW White and Son since buying my Kia a couple of years ago, and can't speak highly enough about them.
Friendly, professional, outstanding service from start to finish.
They even kept me hydrated with bottles of water on a very warm day.

Always a very friendly welcome. My car’s service and MOT was completed with everything explained to me upon collection. My car had been valeted too, which is a really lovely (and very welcome) touch.

Paul, we regret to hear that your experience with us was not a more positive one. However, there does seem to have been some misunderstanding as the car was simply booked in for service and MOT (with time allotted for that). The two faults that were then highlighted by you were looked into and partially resolved during the course of that, but I can see that we did suggest further investigation work as a course of action and that would need booking in with us, and some of that would be UNDER WARRANTY, at NO CHARGE TO YOU. Do get back in touch with our service dept if you wish to pursue this.

The 5 year service plan basically means you get dealer service at non dealer prices.

It does look like it was a good number of years ago that you visited our Bookham site which has since been re-sited, and we'd expect that you'd now receive the same efficient level of service there too should you ever visit.

Returning customer. Once again good service from all. Service carried out on time and efficiently. Quite an expensive cost but was a big 4 year service. Staff are friendly and good that I could get a loan car.
